Product Manager (SaaS)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our SaaS platform. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization, driving solutions that deliver measurable value to customers and business stakeholders.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, customer empathy, technical fluency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Lead discovery efforts including customer interviews, usability testing, and market research
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog using data and business impact
• Define and track KPIs such as ARR growth, churn reduction, feature adoption, retention, and engagement
• Drive go-to-market planning for new features and releases
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on SaaS industry trends
• Continuously optimize product performance through experimentation and feedback loops

Skills & Requirements

Required Experience

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B or B2B2C software products
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
• Experience defining and analyzing product metrics

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical architecture
• Ability to write clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
• Strong data analysis skills (experience with SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools preferred)
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS platform ecosystems
